Rooibos Chai
This delightful caffeine-free ‘Red Bush’ tea originates in South Africa. Inspired by traditional Chai Massai Tea we have hand-blended the chai spices of cinnamon; cardamom, pepper, star anise, citrus peels, and ginger pieces, to create our Rooibos Chai.
This rooibos chai has become one of the most popular spice-blended teas we produce! Suitable as an alternative to any caffeine tea.
This fragrant and fruity, guilt-free chai is especially delicious when infused with the warm milk of your choice.
All of this chai’s ingredients are certified organic, and sourced from all over the World: Rooibos leaves, cinnamon; cardamom, pepper, star anise, cloves, citrus peels and ginger pieces. Due to shared equipment, may contain traces of nuts.
How can I make Chai???
You can create this tea using your brewing method or we recommend the following;
Warm half milk and boiled water with your Rooibos Chai tea in a saucepan (don't let it boil over!), or Chai teapot if you have one. Allow the mix to quietly simmer for a minimum of 5 minutes leaving for up to 15 minutes. Once the flavours are infused pour your Chai Tea through a strainer into your cup and enjoy!!
Rooibos is naturally sweet, however, if you like more sweetness try a natural sweetener such as honey.
Steep your Rooibos Chai overnight in honey in your fridge. Make sure that you have mixed all the Chai flavours well together. For a single serve add one teaspoon to your tea strainer or teapot and then pour in some already warmed milk! Leave your Chai Tea for at least 5 minutes then strain and enjoy!
At Blue Mountains Tea, we recommend you use each serving of tea for a minimum of two infusions! The quality is just so good!
Use your leaves within 24 hours from the first infusion, you can keep them in the fridge in between pots. With each pot increase the temperature slightly. Your last pot will still bring good flavour with a 3 to 4-minute infusion!

I post using Australia Post in the regular mail, please allow 2-4 days to process your order and 7 to 10 days to receive your order once posted.
International
I routinely send items all over the world, and it takes 14 to 30 days for you to receive your international order, this includes processing and sending out your order no matter where you are.

Returns
I don't accept returns on change-of-mind items. For any refund or return your item must be damaged or missing parts. For further information please see our full postage and returns policies.
