Postage and Delivery Advice
We process all our orders when combined with Tea between Monday to Wednesday of each week. This is because I am human, and I hand pack and send your tea to you.
POSTAGE ADVICE
Australia wide
I post using Australia Post in the regular mail, please allow 2-4 days to process your order and 7 to 10 days to receive your order once posted.
International
Please remember you may have to pay your own countries duties, tariffs or import taxes to your own authorities upon delivery of your tea if you DO NOT live in Australia.
For Australian deliveries there are no extra charges.
I routinely send items all over the world, and it takes 14 to 30 days for you to receive your international order, this includes processing and sending out your order no matter where you are.
Sometimes your items will arrive sooner, however, if you are at all worried about your order, please email me at bluemountainstea@gmail.com, as we are human and we are here to help you. So please include your;
Order number.
Name you have used for your order.
Address your order is delivered to.
I will reply to you with more information as soon as I can, which is usually within 24 hours.
Returns
I don't accept returns on change-of-mind items. For any refund or return your item must be damaged or missing parts. For further information please see our full postage and returns policies.
Returns can be sent to us directly at 8 Kirkwood St, Blackheath, NSW 2785. We are however not open to the public, so please do not drop by as we won’t be able to help you from our home office. You can also call us for more advice on 0417250630, or email bluemountainstea@gmail.com.
