Postage and Delivery Advice

We process all our orders when combined with Tea on the Monday to Wednesday of each week. This is because we are human and we hand pack and send out your tea to you. 

 

POSTAGE ADVICE

We routinely send items all over the world, it takes 14 to 30 days for you to receive your order, this includes processing and send out your order no matter where you are. Sometimes your items will arrive sooner, however if you are at all worried about your order please email us at bluemountainstea@gmail.com, as we are human and we are here to help you. So please include your;

We will reply to you with more information as soon as we can, please give us at least 24 hours to return your contact and follow up with advice on expected delivery or let you know if there are any delays.

Returns

We don't accept returns on change of mind items.

To qualify for any type of refund or return your item must be damaged or missing parts.

Using our discretion we will require you to show evidence via photographs or to return your item to us at your own cost for our own inspection.

Any concern with an item must be communicated within 4 days of it's arrival to you. With tracking these days, we can see now when a parcel arrives.

Depending on the situation we may refund you or send out a replacement item.

Delays in postage do not constitute an instant refund.

If after 30 days from the time of your order, if your parcel still hasn't arrived please contact us so we can investigate what has happened, we will do our best to help you.

After investigations if your package is only a few days away we will ask you to be patient and wait for it. If your package is lost we may refund or send out a new package. You will need to contact us with any concerns you have at the 30 day mark.
