- Water Temp: 95°C
- Steep Time: 3 minutes
- Quantity: One teaspoon per cup (heaped if you like it stronger)
- Serve: Enjoy black to appreciate the full vanilla aroma, or add a splash of milk. A little sugar brings out the sweetness beautifully.
Make the Most of Every Leaf
The quality of this tea means you can steep it at least twice — and I genuinely recommend it. Store your used leaves in the fridge between brews, and increase the temperature slightly with each infusion. Your second pot will still be full of flavour.
