While the name ‘Orange Pekoe’ was originally contributed to White Pekoe tea when it was presented to the House of Orange in the early 1700’s. Orange Pekoe is now known and associated with the delightful black teas from Sri Lanka remembered as Old Ceylon.
There are many forms that Orange Pekoe Tea now comes in and we believe you will love and enjoy our delightful Fair Trade Orange Pekoe Black Tea. Sourced from an Ethical Partnership plantation through a fair-trade organization in Sri Lanka and certified meeting our strong Australian standards.
This Fair-Trade Orange Pekoe Tea captures the delightful flavours of classic Ceylon. This tea is perfect for any time of the day! With a medium red liquor that brings refreshing full and fragrant flavour to your cup.
Ingredients: Sri Lanka Fair Trade Black Tea – Camellia Sinensis
Temp: 95 Degrees Celsius
Steep: 2 minutes without milk, 3 – 5 minutes with milk
Quantity per cup
One heaped teaspoon
Perfect served black, with milk, or with a twist of lemon, sweeten with honey.
At The Blue Mountains Tea Company we recommend that you use each serving of tea for a minimum of two infusions! The quality is just so good!

I post using Australia Post in the regular mail, please allow 2-4 days to process your order and 7 to 10 days to receive your order once posted.
International
I routinely send items all over the world, and it takes 14 to 30 days for you to receive your international order, this includes processing and sending out your order no matter where you are.

Returns
I don't accept returns on change-of-mind items. For any refund or return your item must be damaged or missing parts. For further information please see our full postage and returns policies.
